Kind of bummed that I appear to have gained weight. But I take solace in the fact that I'm eating well and progressing in my training, so maybe some of that is new muscle. And some is probably water too. Must remember to weigh myself BEFORE I work out; not after.
126.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
