same weight as last week--weighing with cast on leg so not sure how accurate weight really is. also weighing on a different scale because I cannot leave my house to go weigh myself on the scale I normally use.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You need to use same scale to accurately gauge your weight loss. You really won't know till you get your cast off. Just continue to eat healthy and do the best you can.

I normally weigh myself at the nurses office at work; can't go to work for while due to the cast, but when I go I will weigh myself and measure. Having this cast on and not being able to use the treadmill is really bothering me. Not sure how much weight I can shed just working my upper body.
