One scale went up while the other stayed the same. My diet is on track and my workouts are on track. I'm hoping that the soreness in my thigh is causing me to retian excess water and it will eventually flush itself out. One more good day today and then I'm taking tomorrow off.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
