Weighed in at WLC last Tues. scales were up 3 lbs from the scales at home and the gym. I'm working to enter all the food I eat every day...make sure I get enough fiber and water. I accept that it's a gradual process getting the weight off. So far I've lost 12 pounds and 14". I endorse myself for the weight going down instead of up and for all of my efforts. After all, I am re- programming my eating habits. Ate out today no dessert...mostly salad and protien.
