Aghhh!
the two days I wanted to work out I didnt. I guess I worked out tuesday, did a turbo jam video at home. Tomorrow I will work out for sure, twice as long to make up for not working out the last two days and I will probably work out saturday before work at 2. been having some rough times... but ill get back on track. only gone over my diet like 5 times, one doesnt count, its was like 1720 and thats cause my food tracker doesnt track without items. i got a penne rosa from work once without the cream that comes with it, that cream itself is 100 calories! so i took it out, so i was good that day.
