Round 2 day 3 of the master cleanse. So at this point i think my metabolism has slowed because I am not dropping weight like I did the first time around. It is def still working but not as fast. I am going to throw in a work out video today and see if that helps. Other than that everything is going well. I have 7 more days to go so we will see what the total is then.

I am not sure that I am going to do WW exactly, but it did really work for me in the past. I really want to start preparing food from the hungry girl cook book. She offers point values in there so probably using them together will be great for me.

well im joining you for two days fr/ sat then fruit/ vegies for sun /monday to restart healthy eating. I 'm athletic too . More dance/ yoga then sports but I understand discipline. Im doing a dance class in the morning but after that I think i'll take it easy on the excersise for the weekend. Good luck to you

Awesome let me know how it goes. Since this is round two I have thought about doing a modified version because I think my metabolism is way down. It seems as if I am barely losing now because my body is in starvation mode so I might eat some salad and healthy stuff today. Let me know how it goes. Have you ever done it before?

not successfully. I do better with some green drinks with it. But I know people that have dropped serious weight from it. I dont need that just a good start to healthier eating and i day or two off from chewing. I personally thinkk adding some veggies is a great idea.

Ya I did it successfully last in the beginning of July for 10 days (thats how long you are supposed to do it for) came off it for 2 days and now I went back on but I know its not something I can do forever.

well the day is over just night coming on. I did it yipeeee. lemonade diet, green drink and veggie broth pretty good. Not "the cleanse" but not bad for me lol.How was your day?

I ate today to try and pick my metabolism up but I ate papaya salad for lunch and I had a house salad with grilled chicken and vinegar for dressing for dinner. I also worked out with Jillian Micheals video. We both get a thumbs up for today!
