Ok so its Round 2 - Day 1 of the Master Cleanse. I just recently completed 10 days of the master cleanse and then gave myseld 3 days of pure healthy eating. Just vegtables and fruit and I also enjoyed a piece of Salmon after an hour of pilates. I have to say though that I missed the way I felt when I was on the cleans and therefore I am going back to it for another week possible 10 days. We will see how it goes. As with the last time. I will keep up my journal entries during the process.

So it's day two of my second master cleanse and today is a little bit hard. There was a huge client meeting and my office yesterday so there is tons of food. I mean platters and platters. Not to mention that I have organized a company "fun" meeting and ordered pizza for the whole staff....ahhhhh But I WILL get through it. I plan to exercise tonight so I am wondering if I should at least eat a salad or something for fuel. If anyone has done the cleanse and worked out at the same time please let me know your thoughts. This time around is not so much about the pure cleanse but the weight loss and discipline. Either way I feel great about doing it either pure and/or modified/ We shall see. But anyway thanks for those of you who leave me comments. You have no idea how much that helps me. Until tomorrow. Ready..Set...Lose!!

Can I say it enough...YOU are one TOUGH cookie...ooops maybe cookie was a bad term! Lol I really give your credit for round two! And meetings with pizza?!?!? I think I would be nibbling on a plate if anything! But that's just me!!!! Thanks for the snack tip.....sounds too yummy!!! I will have to try it!!! I am still feeling the snack THING....but dealing with it......what's the saying "this too shall pass"......maybe not pass FAST enough....but pass!!!! Lol The brushing the teeth?!?! Oh yeah. Awesome idea!!! Win win!!! I have been eating Altiod (spelling?!?!) mints....eh...that certainly consume your mouth with a MINT flavor!!! Ha ha. Keep us all posted on your progress. Again.....very impressed with your will power....you deserve EVERY ounce you lose!!!!! :)

ahhh thank you so much, your words are sooo motivatimg and you deserve it as well. You are doing a great job and keep up the good work. The challenge for me at this point is not the cleanse because I pretty much have that down, but what is going to be hard for me is how I come off it. Anything extreme is a sure way to keep weight off but what you do after it is the hard part and you are already there so you go girl! haha. Thank you so much for your comments. You have no idea how helpful they really are!
