Went a little over on carbs. I'm getting used to the daily fluctuations, but it's a bit of a panic when the numbers go up! As long as it doesn't become a trend I guess...
190.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 50.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
