What a day! My toilet clogged because of my high fiber diet, Zumba class was so packed as to be less joyous an experience than usual, my physical therapist tortured me for a good cause, and it took hours to make my kale chips and I didn't make them spicy enough.

On the plus side, I dropped some weight, Zumba was still fun & I was invited out for coffee after. The physical therapy is helping, my home stretches are going well, I hooked up Amazon Movies on my Wii & since we have a Prime membership there are plenty we can see for free. I have lots of home made kale chips for healthy snacking.

I hope UPS brings my medication shipment early enough in the morning for me to make it to class. A friend texted me tonight to suggest I meet up with our group at another gym for Zumba at 10. That would be great. Silver Sneakers is at 10:45, close to home. There are plenty other things to try, including home Zumba or bicycling

I'm really jazzed that in a few days I'll get a shipment of cooling gear to help keep me from getting overheated in class or Maui.
