Another day down, mostly successful. Had not-so-good cravings because I didn't eat breakfast. Shame on me... For lunch I ate two green salads with diced chicken and veggies to put the craving monster to rest. I need to work at getting my calorie intake up without going over my target carb limit of 175-200. I'm doing ok, as I am not craving coca cola or chocolate anymore. PS I had dark chicken meat when my norm is the white meat, this will not be a habit.
Going to visit my Southern California baby daughter so I may not be able to post.
