The amount of calories i burn is lamely low. I ran ten miles, great, that brings my calorie burn for the day up to still less than my boyfriend's.

Don't compare to your boyfriend, he may just burn more than you. I know my hubby and I can do the same exercises and he burns more than me. At least you ran 10 miles, that's amazing in my book!
