The scale is moving in the wrong direction. What gives? I have been faithful on the diet, working out even harder and just totally frustrated with the scale! I can see the results in the ab section looks slimmer so I will stop weighing in every day and just go by visual and clothing checks. Weigh in each 2 weeks???
