My dog was still not happy this morning, but he's able to walk so I think he'll be okay. Phew!
I did do a short workout last night, I am going to try to start Insanity again. I did the fit test and was back to where I was the first time I did it in week 1, so I need to get back in shape. I'm hoping that after a week of workouts I'll see at least a small loss or at least feel better and get some motivation.
This weekend is my son's b-day party. We're just having family over, but cake and ice cream will be involved, so I'm hoping I can control myself. I know I can do well for eating on the weekend because I've already got some lunches that aren't too high calorie that I can make and we do okay for dinner so the cake hopefully won't be my undoing. If I can get a workout in at least one day too I'll be happy.
Also, I went to bed and woke up with a sore throat so I hope it clears out quickly and doesn't turn into anything. Fingers crossed!
