Today is the first day of my diet. Well I have been trying, but today I am serious. I did weigh myself last week and I have gained a pound. I did skip some meals last week and yesterday I skipped breakfast. I need to make sure I atleast eat 3 times a day or I will lose it, I will go on a sugar binge! My goal is to atleast get to 140 lbs. and also tone up some of the jiggle.
