Anyone else ever weigh themself at night, knowing you will be heavier, (and females on period to boot) but just to see what it is in comparison, when it's just 1lb higher than your lowest weigh in which surely means you're about to have a drop soon! Not just me that does this weird math game, right? ha!

I weigh at least twice a day and log morning and evening weights in my sheet.

I used to weigh myself numerous times a day . Finally broke that habit and check my weight once a week and my check-ins (weight & waist every 2 weeks) I did need my scale for reassurance the first 3-4 months.

I weigh myself once a week at the same time (same type of clothes etc) knowing that over the course of the day/week my weight will go up/down (the body is weird) by I don't stress on the daily flucuations. I'm consistent with my nutrition and exercise so as long as I am on track my weekly weigh-in's are good to go.

There are times I weigh myself many times a day. Just to see how much of a difference it makes I've weighed myself, then drank 12 or so ounces of water and weighed again. And it makes a difference! Not acting quite that crazy now. Weighing twice a day usually, first thing in the morning and before I go to bed.
