Decided to check how many calories actually go into my planned breakfast, lunch, and snacks during the weekday. 1009 kcal? Not so bad! I'm not really interested in journaling my food as it takes a lot of time out of my day, but I'll do this every once in a while to make sure I'm not eating like 2000 kcals before I even make it home! Ha!
