I'm glad to see that 8 lbs wasn't all fat. Dropped the two I gained when I started running, now to work on the 6 from Christmas!

I had a date last night, so I couldn't wash my gym clothes and I don't run in shorts because the friction on my thighs causes problems. So today I'm doing the stairs and we'll see what else.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
