Been working out daily! Last night ate chicken, salad, dark chocolate, 2 glasses wine, pineapple and raspberries and went to bed by 10 (houseguests here!). Feel pretty good this morning.
195.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 30.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
