You're doing really well, the line on the graph is going in the right direction - superb, a pound a week is fine and it may be you've reached a plateau and a good drop will follow shortly. Don't get dishearted, it may be inches lost too, try keeping a record of your measurements as a record too it can help when weight loss is slow and as we all know weight can fluctuate so much during a day and time of month too. Take another look at how well you've done and watch that line go do down.... All the best :)Denise
