OW: 222lbs It's been awhile since I weighed in. Mostly due to a busy schedule but also because I knew I had gained some weight a couple of weekends ago after hanging out with my close friends for the weekend. I've gotten back to my last weight but I have to keep going. I know setbacks are gonna happen but it's never about how you fall that matters. It's how you get up. #StillMotivated
