Well I may not have lost lbs this last week BUT I feel really good. SO good that this morning I did Wii Zumba for an hour = Sore from Head to Toe...Definitely worth every sore muscle! I can't believe I actually did the whole 10 Song Challenge and managed to keep up. Then I decided to do some wall push ups. I could get use to this Monday morning regime :)

I have noticed my clothes feel a bit looser. Can't really tell if its from the weight loss or just positive mental thinking lol.
