So even after my terrible day of what I thought was good for me and wasn't lol, I ended up losing 4lbs. Maybe I wasn't so bad after all lol.
326.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 166.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
