ate too many non-SBD foods, so I deserved the small loss.
215.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 95.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

903 kcal Fat: 27.75g | Prot: 63.91g | Carb: 107.20g.   Breakfast: Grade A Large Eggs, Fat Free Skim Milk, part skim shredded mozzarella, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Green Peppers, Onions. Lunch: Sandwhich slices, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Ground Venison, Turkey Bacon. Dinner: Meat Spaghetti Sauce, part skim shredded mozzarella, Healthy Harvest Whole Grain Spaghetti. Snacks/Other: Chewy Bars - Strawberry PB&J. more...
