ate some non SBD foods this week and ir shows. still a small loss which is better than I expected. baxk on track starting today!
215.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 95.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

931 kcal Fat: 42.12g | Prot: 65.37g | Carb: 84.57g.   Breakfast: Egg (Whole), Onions, Green Peppers, part skim shredded mozzarella, Wheat Tortillas. Lunch: Lettuce, Green Sweet Pepper, Chunk Light Tuna in Water, Baby Carrots, Celery, Cucumber (with Peel). Dinner: Eggplant, Meat Spaghetti Sauce, part skim shredded mozzarella. Snacks/Other: Chewy Bars - Strawberry PB&J, Dry Roasted Peanuts (Without Salt). more...

same here ... tough I know, but keep it up even if its a little at a time .. better then gaining it a little at a time ..
