Sick with sinus infection - ate more carbs for two meals but kept in in control. Did not go on my wild rampage like I would in the past. Nothing taste good - only want hot soup to eat. Going to try and get back on plan today. Made low carb soup for lunch - but nothing sounds good. Less then a week for my cruise - have to get better!!
