This weekend has been bad! I pigged out in a major way yesterday... and then I didn't have time to work out today! I also overate today, and so I've been feeling generally gross for the past 36 hours or so... I do not like the feeling. I need to remember that when I eat after 8 pm or so I feel disgusting the next morning, but when there are yummy foods available it is very difficult! I was proud of myself though, and didn't go for a Chicago-style hotdog (complete with grilled onions, mustard, ketchup...) at the Cubs game today. I only had water, which was a good feeling of accomplishment for me. Still, the lack of workout kinda sucks.

I start my lifeguarding job tomorrow, AKA less free time, but also less bored-eating time, but also less workout time, but MOSTLY I NEED TO GET MYSELF IN SHAPE ASAP. I'm too scared to get on the scale after this awful weekend, but this week I'm planning on getting back on track with everything and getting into swimsuit-ready shape :)

Also, going to make myself some goals:
1) DRINK MORE WATER. At least 6 glasses a day.
2) No eating after 8 PM
3) Make fruits and vegetables a habit, not a chore.
4) Run outside and swim for exercise... also mix it up at the gym!
5) Ask myself if I'm really hungry every time I reach for a snack.
6) If I am really hungry, ask myself if there is a healthier/lower-calorie alternative.
7) Begin to incorporate weight training into my workouts.
8) Fit into my favorite "skinny" jeans!
