Well, I fell of the wagon on Wednesday, and I haven't been back on since. My boyfriend leaves tomorrow for two weeks. I will take these two weeks to refocus on South Beach and my exercise goals.

We had "family night" last night with another family......went bowling. We had a blast!

I haven't been totally bad, but I haven't been 100% on South Beach since Wednesday night.

IT IS SO HARD!!!!!!!!!!

Isn't it amazing how hard it is to get back on track once we fall off!!! After my trip to CA. I just didn't have the motivation! I wanted it so bad!!! Finally about 7-10 days ago my mind finally kicked back in! But it was my friends here!!! that helped me get back on track! We are here for you!!! WE CAN DO IT!!!

Wow, I'm feeling your pain! we must be sitting under the same rock because our choices (even what we did last night) are the same! LOL Let's straighten up and fly right, shall we?! :)
