Gained at rate of 1.6 lb week since last entry. Added at least an inch to all body measurements. Slacked on exercise and no eating plan at all. I was blaming my birth control switching to generic for the rapid gain. Time to face reality. If i do the math, averaging an excess of 1500 calories per day- I'm lucky that's all I gained. I need to get thru to my head, eating is fun, eating huge amounts of crazy fattening yummy foods is a momentary blast that lasts at most about 30 minutes. I hate my body first thing when I wake up every morning, and feel that way ALL DAY LONG. I need to create a plan and stick to it. Sherm & I need to stop eating for entertainment. I need to get exercise every day. I need to start planning my food days. Now I have an additional 10 lbs to loose and it's not imaginary water weight, it is real.
