Ok so I feel pretty good about today, I am keeping track of my steps. Not only am I being made accountable for my food intake but my work is making all employees accountable for participating in some sort of activity for our health insurance. I decided to be an over achiever and participate in more than one activity. I am doing the Frosty challenge, and the 10,000 mile tracker. I am so pumped................today I walked over 10,860 steps! Yea me!!!!!!!!!!!

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 January 2013:
815 kcal Fat: 28.83g | Prot: 44.52g | Carb: 96.91g.   Breakfast: peppermint mocha creamer, coffee,  strawberry granola bar with milk in it. Lunch: salad. Dinner: Baby Carrots, Motts Natural No Sugar Added Apple Sauce, bakers and chefs cottage cheese, pork loin roast. Snacks/Other: kellogs pastry crisps, Gala Apples. more...

Huh, I'm fascinated by the requirement for health insurance. Kind of cool yet kind of Big Brother as well. Good for you for deciding to over achieve. You're sure to be an inspiration!
