Happy Tuesday everyone - it is truly a great day. It is always about attitude and perspective. Where i chose to place my focus is what will shape my environment. I had a nice weekend away; My wife got me concert tickets for my Birthday in December and this was the weekend. Road trip to Vegas and Hootie and the Blow fish with Bare-naked Ladies as the opener - it was a fantastic show. My lessons learned is that I can go anywhere and stay on plan - we ate out, we to clubs, concerts shopping and I was able to make it work. My only pitfall was a mix up at a coffee place where I ordered an americano with sugar free vanilla...yeah..it was no sugar added. so I had one night with high BGL numbers but it was still in the "normal" range. Just higher than I like. the menus were varied and I had to give and take but I was able to totally enjoy the time away with my wife which was the goal. I hope that you all chose to find the joy on your journey today and enjoy the adventure.
