Clearly eating less than you burn does not make you loose weight. What am i doing wrong... hmm research!
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It's true....the calories in/calories out theory isn't the clear-cut theory many people think it is. Go back to logging all your food, every day, every meal and go from there. What diet plan/WOE are you going to be following?
