As far back as I can remember, I have always been over weight. I mean I dont necessary "look" obese but my BMI says that I am.
It started pretty much at birth. If not inheriting my mothers gargantuious breasts was bad enough; she also would constantly stuff my face with junk and hot dogs/ketchup. TO this day everyone in my family picks on me.. "Weiner and ketchup girl!" Well I'm here to prove them wrong.
Middle school- Mom would work late and after school became the dr pepper, doritos and TRL routine. In Highschool I moved to my Dads and all he ate was deer meat and potatoes pretty much every night.
I didnt really learn what to eat and the correct porportions until maybe a year ago. And now im just now doing something about my weight.
My job has me glued to a chair and were I hardly do anything but paperwork.
I was at my heaviest Ive EVER been. 229lbs ?... and now I am trying my hardest to get below 200 before Summer. not happening but I set my goal to 170lbs. BMI will still call me overweight but I atleast want to set reachable goals.
