Things have been going steady for me. Got a whole month of eating right/better. Am losing steady, kind of slow but in the right direction. Yay!!! Not having any cravings (that's totally unbelievable). My biggest problem is money (not enough to buy all he healthy stuff I see/want). I'm doing good mentally, not stressing about food choices, just moving forward. Since this is a life change, I don't have to get it all done today.
Can't believe how good the vegetables have been. Have tried some new fruits and veggies. Made guacamole for first time. Was delicious. Beet juice delicious. Even made some bread with oats and juice pulp, added raisins, very good.
I excited about cooking again or not cooking (trying to go mostly raw).
