Half way through week 3 and things are going pretty good. I'm worried about how the rest of this semester is going to go. It's starting to get busy and when I am stressed I want to eat, or have a drink. My coping mechanisms have been taken away. I've been exercising daily, but I don't think that is going to cut the stress. Also, I'm not sure how Super Bowl Sunday is going to go. We host a party every year and now I am limited in what I can eat, but I can't limit my guests. Also, it's really hard watching football without beer!!
