I am soo sad, i weighed after 5 days and my weight has increased, i am so disheartened, i have been stopping myself from even inhaling delicious food, let alone eat it. I am hoping its muscle weight.. i'm not sure...
183.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 22 January 2013:
945 kcal Fat: 33.02g | Prot: 124.91g | Carb: 35.15g.   Breakfast: boiled egg white. Lunch: almonds cooked, tomato, button mushroom, red peppers, red cabbage, scramble egg. Dinner: smoked chicken breast, steamed fish. Snacks/Other: water, green tea, carrot. more...

Well if your not overeating, then you know it's not fat. If you recently started a new exercise plan or changed your old one, your muscles may be retaining water to help them heal. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. I can go on a long bike ride and be up 4 pounds the next day. It's temporary. Drink water and keep going. The scale will catch up.
