I have noticed that when I try to burn OVER 450 calories in my morning workout, i am STARVED all day. If I keep it around 400-450, I am fine. i also do know that some days I am hungrier and other days I am not....I usually just "go with it..." I listen to my body. Luckily, I have not heard the cookies or chips calling...It just isn't worth it anymore. I have my eye on the prize and am focused.
