Picked up Chinese take-out last night and chose healthy choices. Mostly vegetable and chicken. no rice,noodles or fried stuff. Took a bite of a small egg roll and it was not good and threw it away. Went swimming and got a belly ache...nothing soothed it...I gave into a small can of coke about 10pm and it helped instantly! Today, I did not wake up hungry and i feel good!
