Good News:
Back at my apartment, away from my parents meaning less stress and less junk food.
Bad news:
There's still junk food here :( and stress from school.

BUT

I just invited my friend over and she has taken all the chips, cookies, pop, pretty much anything deemed as 'junk food' and is giving it to her husband. That boy can eat anything and still remain as skinny as a bean pole :P

Which means.....I am going grocery shopping tomorrow! And I plan on getting mostly tasty fruits and veggies. And possible a few lean cuisines for when I am at school.

Problem is, not exactly sure if there any 'bad' fruits and veggies out there. I plan on getting fresh instead of canned/packaged to avoid some of the sugar but other than that...not sure :S But at least now all the temptation is not in my apartment so I can try to start eating healthier foods now.

AND I exercised tonight which is I think is pretty important since the last time I had to do a sit up was gym class 7 years ago XD I don't remember squats making my legs so sore though ^ ^
So far so good....I think if I feel brave tomorrow morning I'll weigh myself....*fingers crossed*
