I need to start keeping a journal again.

Today I worked with a trainer and did a fitness assessment.

Overall the trainer said I did a great job and she thinks ill be back in shape in no time. I was extremely tired during the workout as I only had time for a banana and quick coffee this morning :-/

Weight: in the " over" category but I already know that lol
Body fat %: 45.5 (yikes!)
BMI: 30.1

My plan is to firm up and have a much lower body fat %.

I'm eating mostly raw foods and proteins of course. I have discovered that I have a gluten intolerance, but not to worry I was planning on no refined carbs anyways :-)
