My weight went up again this week. 2 pounds since I started tracking here. I think I need to start applying the concept of excellence to this process and I need to perform everything related to my health with excellence. After all, the only one I am hurting is myself if I don't record properly, if I over eat, if I don't exercise.
Excellence is the new target.
