No official workout over the weekend. My Saturday morning got messed up. I joined a pool league where we play both 8-ball and 9-ball and I am a veerrrrryyyy slow player. I didn't get home until 1:30 - so my best intentions of getting up at 6:30 to go swim before coaching were smashed.
However - that night I went to a Vanilla Ice show (yep - the one and only) and danced my butt off. I think shaking and gyrating and booty bumping for an hour and a half makes up for my missing my swim. I was certainly sore from it the next day. It was a super fun show - the guy has a lot of energy and the crowd loved him. I'd see him again.
So - my workout for the past two days.
1/19 - Dancing 1.5 hrs 1/20 - Recovery :) (Though I did walk around the stock show for a couple hours, I figure it's a little too much like cows grazing to consider it any form of workout)
