1822 kcal Fat: 140.80g | Prot: 98.19g | Carb: 46.39g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated) , Cream (Half & Half) , Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup, Butter (Salted), Egg, Uncured Hickory Smoked Bacon. Lunch: Boiled Egg, Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, atkins strawberry banana, Cheesy Ham and Green Bean Casserole. Dinner: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Spaghetti Sauce - No Sugar Added, brussel sprouts, mozzarella cheese slice, boneless chicken breast. Snacks/Other: Pork Chitterlings, Butter (Salted), atkins chocolate shake, decaf coffee, splenda, organic half and half, Atkins peanut butter cup. more...
