Ok - I'm going to try this online calorie thing to see if I can lose the rest of my weight. I started my lifesyle change back in 2006 when I weighed in at a whooping 255lbs. Now it's 2010 - I've been able to keep my weight down to around 150 for the last 3 years. I started running 5K's in 2007. I try to run in at least three a year. Last October I ran my first 10K!!! At that point my weight was around 140. I've been slacking off for awhile and have gone from a nice 140 up to 152! My goal has always been to get healthy and feel good, and right now I'm kinda not feeling good about myself for "falling off the wagon". Everyone does that so I just need to focus on what to do about it and DO IT!!!!
