had only one medi and hardly drank in anticipation of the "Friday Weigh Day" so probably doesn't reflect real weight etc viday Limaven
230.2 lb Lost so far: 37.8 lb.    Still to go: 55.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have the same Fridat weigh-ins and I completely understand. Do you weigh first thing in the morning. I do after I do my bathroom run...that way the weight is in and then I can eat like I am supposed to or celebrate...either way.
