first weigh in in 2 weeks went to belgium and broke from thursday late evening till Monday started exercise program tuesday 27th went daily until today very disturbing how slow but who knows how much i gained those days off... anyways back strongly on since monday
229.3 lb Lost so far: 38.7 lb.    Still to go: 54.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
