I'm getting really lazy about recording everything I eat. I know how much I can eat and what I can eat during the day and that leaves me open to eat what I want or what is there for dinner. Typicaly 1000 calories during the day and 1000 for dinner. I am still trying to record everything cuz I know it will keep me on track but maybe its ok as long as I'm checking myself every couple of days instead of hourly :).

Do you have a samrt phone? I find the app to be VERY useful.

Hey Apeman, I use the fat secret app on my droid. I find when I eyeball it I tend to take in a little more. Your weight loss history chart is amazing though so it seems you could do what you like. Way to go man. Keep it up!

I do have a blackberry and use the app all the time. I also have a good memory so i tend to just record in my head till I have a couple days worth to record. I just flat out get lazy about recording for a few days at a time.
