After my first week I noticed that i eat WAY too much carbs and fat and not enough protein - something i plan on working on this week. I was about 99% "good" during the week but struggled a bit on the weekend >_< hoping this week will be better going to rev up the exercise and try eat more balanced.
the weight loss is very little but i still feel motivated because for the first time i can see where i am going wrong.
