we had a street bbq potluck and I thought I would bring the salad wraps along from the new South Beach book . RANch dressing belonging to the Californa rolls did n't taste good (maybe I made a mistake? with the ingrediens) and I think I had the wrong lettuce because I could not roll the lettuce leaves without them breaking and everything falling out . (ham , turkey , tomatoe, avocado, lime juice, ranch sauce). I have to ask someone next time..

I skipped the hotdogs, hamburgers served and eat some salad , and came home and could n't stop eating at 9 pm (all phase one food snacks) but for the first time it seemed that I did not get satisfied .lettuce, SFfudgeicle,(too) many pistachos, stingcheese,SFjello... and really felt like chips and beer but DID NOT DO IT> instead I thought I would make a pot of tea and read some journals of other SB .. it helps !

Awesome! You definitely did great! Eating out, other than at home, is ALWAYS my downfall. I give in too easily to temptation. Way to go!
