Day 2 week 8. Ran the 28 then walked for 10. Ran another 16 min. Down 2 inches in waist size. Also used "suze's" week eight podcast. Music better and I ran an additional half mile using it as compared to the same time with Robert's podcast. Better and faster beat.

got the 25 minute run today and DEMOLISHED IT!!.. i can't believe i did it and and it was 2 miles.. i still have some work to do to get 3 in 30 but i'm so happy that i've gotten this far!
