Wore my HRM all night just to see how much calories I actually burn in a 24 hour period. Pretty cool I guess. Still feeling blah about writing all my food down, I hope I get back in the mood to keep track again. Pedometer reads 29243 or 9.28 miles.

I know how you feel about writing down the food. Sometimes it becomes so tedious..the extra effort is really worth it though.. I always notice I don't want to record it when I have been eating food that I probably should have hahaha.
